Drift away (VRChat world, FMP2)

Drift Away is my 2nd 'final major project' in college. I decided that I wanted to make a VRChat world where people can chill out and just hang out with friends. This world is made for a player to feel as relaxed as possible so they can escape after a long day, I have used audio and lighting to really achieve this further than just the things around. The core pillar of this project was also to make the world quest compatible meaning that people using the Oculus Quest can play in the world as well as just the PC/PCVR players meaning that the world is optimized enough for an android build.

This world is set on a mythical island in the middle of the ocean. No one knows how they get here or how any of the decorations got here/who put them off but it is believed to be magic. No matter the circumstance, you let go of your worries, play games with all your friends, relax, stare out at the breathtaking view, and just let yourself drift away.

✎Notice~ Some of the interactable objects such as the pool table, beer pong, and others will not work on the Itch.io version of this project as they work off the VRChat SDK which cannot activate on the web version.
